孙南京，男，汉族，安徽芜湖人，研究生学历，1974年12月入伍，曾在中国核试验基地、原国防科工委和总装备部机关工作，原为中国人民解放军装备学院副政委，少将军衔。1988年考取全国第二批律师资格，长期兼任原总装备部法律顾问。在西昌卫星发射中心任副主任期间，任四川省政协委员、人大代表。现为北京书法家协会会员。国家新闻出版广电总局主管的《人民艺术家》杂志于2014年第七期对其书法作了六页的专题介绍。爱好学习，笔耕不辍。曾发表散文、随笔、通讯、纪实文学、中篇短篇小说。2O11年出版《与年轻军官聊聊天》专著(随笔，31万字)，获国家第四届中华优秀出版物奖。时任中央军委委员、总政治部主任李继耐为此书作序，称该书是“引导年轻军官成长成才的励志之书，是传道解惑、启迪心灵的智慧之书。”该书发行后在军地引起巨大反响，获得了广大网友的好评，称该书是心灵鸡汤。对此，解放军报专门对网友热议情况进行报道，中国军网对作者和读者进行了访谈，人民网等媒体也都进行了报道。孙将军还著有《与士兵朋友聊成才》一书，该书统一配发全军。
